Turn Off the Nutritional Heat!

With this most recent post (http://ow.ly/LlTO)on WebMD physicians are now talking about diets that are antiinflammatory because they might lead to better health.

Well that's interesting. The energy nutritional sciences have been talking about that concept for thousands of years. New concepts are usually old ones reworked and talked about again.

Why do Barry Sears(Zone Diet fame) and Andrew Weil both MD's believe that inflammation is bad? It turns out that the matter field scientific exploration is showing that it reduces heart dis-ease and arthritis for starters. But as the article says the matter field is still gathering information.

The problem will be for the matter field scientists to find what foods are antiinflammatory. This is going to be impossible until they get in touch with the energy science information.

Until then we as a culture will struggle with nutrition. Let us pray!                 DrBill

Proof Vs Demonstration

Bigstockphoto_Burden_Of_Proof_1680039
Are tomatoes good for my health? Do fatty meats and seafoods produce inflammation? Do cranberries produce stone disease?

These are matter field science questions sometimes answered by a study attempting to investigate these questions that come to our probing minds.

From a energy field science view the answer is often known and the purpose of the study is to demonstrate that indeed tomato in a group of individuals is not a health promoting vegetable.

Herein lies a significant difference in the two sciences. The proof is being sought in matter field work but in energy field work the proof is known, it just has to be demonstrated.

Does this have any relevance to us? Of course. Why would we want to assume a lifestyle choice if what we were choosing to do hadn't been proven to work?

The beauty of the energy sciences is that carry wisdom that is based on the knowledge that is fundamental to the workings of the science. The proof has been done experientially. The demonstration that it works is up to us.                                  The best of holiday greetings       DrBill

Anger and Nutrition

Hot peppers 12.20.9
Is it possible that hot chiles, cayenne pepper or salsa could eventuate in a fiery outburst?

From an energy viewpoint the mindbody means that the mind and body are intimately one, there is no separation. So if hot is absorbed in the form of food, then increased hot in the mind can occur as well

We are unconsciously choosing our behavior patterns through the foods we consume over time. This time frame is not in terms of days, weeks, or months. It is the chronic use that provokes and with the fertile ground of the appropriate energy makeup, the unleashing of hot can come out in the form of anger, blame, rigidity, abuse, and even rage.

We can even be unconscious that we are acting angry. This is the most destructive aspect of the imbalance. For the anger and distress is completely justified by blaming others for our dis-ease. So we can go along for a lifetime believing that we are not judgemental, critical, or blaming.

This is the heart of divorce in our country and cause for failed relationships, individually or on a national scale.  So my friends, let's look at our hot during this holiday season and be careful of what we eat!

Shhhhhh He’s Eating

Bigstockphoto_Shhhhhh__6296457
It's difficult to feel if we are engaged in mental activity. Yet the way we get in touch with what our health is like is by feeling.

So when we are actively engaged in conversation with ourselves or with others it makes it difficult to feel what is happening when eating. How does the food taste? What are the textures? What are the aromas? Am I chewing the food completely? Am I full and satisfied? Do I need more food?

These are just examples of the eating process. It asks, "Am I paying attention?"

There is good information to suggest that the more attentive we are to the eating process, the more engaged we are, the better our digestion of the food.

Makes sense doesn't it? If your friend is talking with you and you are fully engaged with her, you will digest the ideas that she has. You have paid attention, really paid attention.

So my friends, shhhh implies every once in a while pay attention to eating.      DrBill

Energy Drink Anyone?

Kirlian mindbody 10.21.9

I was in the store the other day and confounded by the increasing number of "energy drinks" on the shelf. A fellow surgeon told me one time that the reason he consumed two or three a day was to "keep on top of the game", not consuming regular food.

I thought to myself, "What's happened with regular food for energy? Isn't that enough?"

The use of such drinks from an energy science view actually make you expend energy that you probably don't have.  It's like wringing water out of an oil rag. It will not come easily because it is not there to give.

The energy mindbody field is like a battery. It stores and releases energy. If we expend more energy than we have stored we become depleted.

So drinking something that gives you energy is giving us a false sense of getting energy. It is actually depleting us of vital energy that is needed.

The energy mindbody field over a period of time if not replenished will begin to cave in various ways and it's won't be pretty. We cannot get away with for a very long time.
