Universal Nutritional Recommendations Don’t Work

Pasture grazed cows are better for your heart Now at the surface this makes good sense, more natural production, cows more contented, better food leading to better milk quality We get the picture

And the molecular support is there Conjugated linoleic acid(CLA) is higher in milk from contented cows that aren't donating from feedlots CLA is an antiinflammatory essential fatty acid and falls into the now much talked about omega group of fatty acids

Inflammation plays an integral role in cancer and heart diease Essential fatty acids become important because they are antiinflammatory foods

Unfortunately the matter or molecular approach to nutrition makes a recommendation and then it is applicable to EVERYONE(aka, lumping) Our matter science medical model and its recommendations is "one size fits all" and we all know intuitively that is not the case

As a matter of fact the energy science medical model can refine recommendations even beyond the nutritional recommendations of Pitta Vata(PV), Pitta Kapha(PK), and Vata Kapha(VK)

Now here's the guidance that the energy science nutritional model can give The nutrtitional consumption of these important essential fatty acids is different for PK than for PV or VK

Here's why:  Kapha as an energy pattern of stabilty already has significant heavy, static, oily, slimy/smooth, dense, gross, and cloudy qualities which would be enhanced if regular milk consumption was done daily

So the energy science nutritional recommendations are:

1 PK should use milk 1-2x/week

2 PV and VK can use milk all the time

3 PK eats differently than PV

4 Ghee(the distilled oily component of milk) can be used by everyone all the time

Have you noticed that when you take in a particular food several days in a row that you begin feeling bad? Have you noticed feeling bad and not knowing why? Is it possible that foods can make you feel badly?
